Maybe this girls just a flirt or something but we work together and she helps me do stuff and when I had to stand on a chair she helped hold it for me and told me how strong she was and she also called me cute before. We were doing trash together and I told her I never had to do it before that and she was like “it’s because you’re cute”. I also felt before she would look for any excuse to talk to me. Also a few weeks back she offered to hold the ladder while I got on. I thought it was sweet because she was so bent on helping me. While I was on she said she’d catch me if I fell and said she was rlly strong. She was like “I know we’re the same size but I’ll catch you”. They took the mask policy off at work and we no longer wear masks and last week was the first day we saw each other without masks and I caught her glancing at me when she walked in and we made eye contact then I looked away. Then when she came back out I caught her glancing at me again and I mouthed the words hi and she kind of looked jumpy slightly nervous and just left to a different area of the store to talk to the manager. She kept coming near me that day but wouldn’t say anything at all. It was so weird. I know I’m pretty without my mask lol like two people called me gorgeous and I do get that frequently from a lot of people. The other day I saw her again and she said hey to me first in a cheerful way. I don't know maybe she felt bad from last time but she’s acting super weird. We’re both girls by the way lol. She could be shy but she’s 25 and I’m 20 but we’re literally the same height and everything. She gives carefree vibes. Yesterday she didn’t come near me to talk but we made eye contact a few times from across the store. I always see her talking to other coworkers And will say happy bday and laugh with them. Even when I was leaving I went in the back for my things and she came back there and silence. she always greets me when I come in but it’s always quiet when we’re alone. What is this?
