Not much at all, not at all weekly, or even monthly. I'd say only when my partner is putting forward lackluster performance in bed. You know, not 100% there, in the moment. I pay attention as that's a special bond and time for me. Wife, girlfriend, whatever, if you're going to just lay there and lose focus and have no motivation, why bother? I'll finish myself off and go out for drinks or something.

Besides that, it doesn't make sense to fantasize or get off on your own if you have someone right there who wants you. That's just me though.
