Yes, I suppose I did once! I worked so hard to cooperate with prosecutors tens of hours just in interviews, answering the same questions over and over and over, but the question, although functionally the same was always worded slightly differently. I don’t know how long I spent writing down everything I remembered him doing to me, or forcing me to do to him. Trying to remember what he whispered in my ear the third time, or was that the fourth? It completely consumed my life, and maybe that was it’s purpose… occupy me with so much work, that I didn’t have any time to think about how much I just wanted to die! Either way in the end none of it mattered! He killed himself rather than face me as I testified to the jury who would likely sent him to prison for the rest of his life! Oh, it did keep my mind off the thoughts of hurting myself and I suppose it was long enough to make me realize if I do that then HE wins! It was also, long enough for the antidepressants to really start working. Because in the end, he was the coward… not me! So I guess I won something after all eh?

All. the. time. Good example: work. You put in hours, hard work, go above and beyond to prove how "good" of a worker you are, and are loyal to the company and what do you get? Nothing. Whereas people that put in minimal to no effort get ahead because they know the right people, or kiss-up.

Yes, actually. Yesterday I was playing Apex Legends. There were a total of 3 squads left, both full. I or one of us got one of the enemies low on health so we decided to push them. As I was in the middle of fighting them my controller died and it cost us the entire match. If had lasted for just a few more seconds we could have won that. I even downed one of those rocky bastards (because they were on a big rock)
