Do women really have more orgasms than uncircumcised men?

I found this chapter on an article about the effects of removing the foreskin and in it it says that the meissners corpuscles that tgere are between 10,000 to 20,000 nerve endings while the clitoris has 8,000 to 15,000 nerve endings on the whole pelvic area. If this is true wouldn't it be possible that some men who are uncircumcised can get better orgasms than women if the foreskin had that many nerve endings.
