so in A Virgin Woman Of Literature, Yu Shirota playing Saku Kagemaya rejects the main character's affection and asks her if she'd sleep with him. ngl, he's an eleven on a scale of ten measuring hotness. he's the hot nerd thing going — I'd have taken the offer.

Hell, my crushes rejected me — if they offered this deal I'd take it — at least I'd have the chance to embrace them, so what if for once.

i asked my brother but he said he's too much of self esteem. i think the real reason is he's never gotten rejected that badly, and he doesn't have a massive crush on yu shirota.

I think honestly I couldn’t sleep with my crush if she has rejected me. One side of we would, sure, and I’m sure everyone has this side. But another side of me, the winning side, won’t allow me taking further damage by thinking about sleeping with the person who rejected me. This side of me would bring me to keep distance from the crush to let the pain to lessen

Yeah probably and yeah it probably does point out a lack of self respect or esteem or whatever but if it's one thing I've learned over the past year is fuck it if getting a date is impossible then getting in dms or more in this case will just have to do if I still felt like having fun

Assuming I was single and this was another life… I’d feel conflicted. Initially, I’d feel like no—because I’d want the sex to mean something. Then again, I might say yes in hopes that we’d become something more.

If there really is no chance at all with being in a serious relationship with them, I’d cut my losses and do my best to learn to let them go. It wouldn’t be worth the heartbreak to try for something that is never going to happen.

Probably not.

If the woman was having a change of heart, and sometimes people do, then I suppose yes.

If she just wanted to get laid or was feeling lonely, then definitely not. I simply would have my heart ripped asunder when we parted ways, as we inevitably would. I don't wish her any ill will, just that she satisfy her lust or need for contact with someone who can detach himself from the situation.

Really depends on how emotionally invested I was before being rejected. Though to be fair, if it was a total rejection that later opened up to shagging, I'd rather reject them back at that point.
