I find it hard to believe that these guys say they can go again in just a few minutes. My husband says that's practically impossible. He says that even if they can get hard again. The reality is that some guys can - but most can't, at least most days. I'd bet that most guys, who normally can't go again right away, have had the occasional day where they could - he's relaxed, his hormone levels are high, he's hydrated, his mood is good, etc. - everything lined up just right on that particular day. But that's definitely the exception. And there are also some guys who simply can't go again right away - ever. Finally, it's also true that guys are more likely to have enhanced sexual performance in their late teens and early 20s, and most are not able to maintain that as they age. It's just the statistical reality.
