I've hugged girlfriends and my wife in public from behind and wrapped my arms around or beneath their breasts.

Anyway, I don't see a problem with it as long as people are considerate of those around them and use some discretion. I don't care about the sensibilies of prudes, but there is such a thing as common decency.

That totally depends! Most of the time people will turn a blind eye depending on what you do. But still if you are actually being explicit then it is not only concidered inappropriate exposure but exploitation too.

i personally think it's not ok and i wouldn't want my children to see others touching each other sexually. that's not a thing that should happen in a society and be acceptable.
