How come women can't give a description on "What is a woman"?

Seems like if you talk with school officials and health providers or any progressive leftist and ask them to describe "What is a woman" They all seem to be very baffled and sometimes refuse to answer it. Did anyone think that you having two X chromosomes (XX) are female, tits and cunt that you are a woman? What's so hard about that? Yet you get very troubled questions from LGBTQ and trans people who if they could remove the whole women gender definition completely and render their own terminology to suit their ilk tendencies.

The term "woman" is a construct. It is an ideal state that the creature "female" should aspire to be like. The traditional construct of what a woman is and how they should behave, has been a battle ground over the last 70 years or so... Women in the west still haven't decided what they want to be and what role they want to play, hence the confusion.

The roles man and woman are the result of heavy negotiations between male and females for hundreds of not thousands of years in order to figure out the best way to raise kids and be positive contributers to society. Modern women are deciding to rip up that contract and renegotiate their role. The only problem is , they aren't willing to negotiate with men. They are demanding men accept vague terms and conditions as to what the new Definition of woman is, whilst also demanding men keep their current position.

I. e. protector, provider.

It's really quite a silly situation we find ourselves in, but men have to be active participants in that negotiation and not simply accept what modern women throw at them.. either that or the other option is to check out and find women abroad who are willing to honour the traditional contract.
