Sexual Health If a girl told you she had an overactive vaginal cleaning system, would it affect how often you gave her oral?

so I first noticed this when I was about 17. I hadn't had any form of sex yet, and I was pretty clueless as to how things worked down there. I went to the dr, and she told me most women have discharge, it's normal, and I have an overreactive vaginal cleaning system which is why it seemed so noticeable. so I didn't really think anything else of it and wore pantiliners. then once I became sexually active, it made me very self conscious. I didn't feel comfortable taking off my underwear since the guy would see the pantiliner. so eventually I stopped wearing them. and I was upfront about it; I included it in my std talk. I've never tested positive for stds. and I've had at least three drs tell me it's normal. it doesn't seem to bother guys at first, but soon they stop giving me oral. not less often, stopping completely. i even had a guy, who told me he LOVED giving women oral, that he didn't care if I was leaking pepto bismal. no joke. yet after a month he stopped. it didn't bother me that much since I was used to this. then one night out of the blue he fingered me, something he didn't really like. then he put his fingers up to my mouth and I sucked them clean(I like my taste). he then proceeded to give me some amazing oral. I was shocked to say te least. when we discussed it later, he said that since I had licked his fingers, he figured it was safe. um, what? 1) we usually finished sex with a blowjob, so I was swallowing my juices then too 2) if this was a way to test whether or not it was a good time for oral, why hadn't he done it sooner? 3) I'm not "safe" all the time? you don't seem to care if it's unprotected sex, but oral I have to be "safe" for. I was disgusted to say the least. and he never gave me oral again. one guy went so far as to only use my vagina as a precurser to anal. yet he liked to finger me. go figure. only three guys have been able to see past the fact, but those were all short-term relationships so I have no idea if they too would have stopped at some point. yet the one girl I was with didn't care at all. so how would you feel about giving me oral?

to clear this up: I don't get wetter I have a larger amount of normal-type discharge which can be visible. if I wear the liners guys ask why and if I'm telling them for the first time in the heat of the moment, they stop. which is why I started telling them ahead of time. then when I ditched the liners, it would still be slightly visible on my underwear, but by then I was used to being upfront. one time a guy did say he saw something down there anyway. but multiple mds have said I'm fine.
