No, I wouldn't like that. I don't enjoy surprises like that in bed. I love sleeping, so if you purposefully wake me up when I'm sleeping (and it isn't an emergency or something very important), I'll rip your head off. This is really something you should talk to girls about beforehand. Being able to give consent is just about the most important thing a girl can do when being sexual with her. Just because you've been sexual with her before, it doesn't automatically give you consent to do whatever you want with her body when she's asleep, even though it's "harmless". Also, I think you should really consider talking with them about this before you do anything. They could press charges on you if they're unconscious and doesn't give you their consent. I think it would be playing russian roulette. Not worth it in the long run.

It depends on the situation. If I'm being woken up realistically by say my partner touching me I'll likely still be half asleep and if I don't have lots of sleep in already I'd be very tired which will mean I won't be able to really be present. I'll think of sleeping and how tired I am so it won't be enjoyable per say. If however it's close to wake up time or something then it will be very hot. Surprises like that can be very sexy.
