Pure top (in the homosexual community at least) refers to the one who does the fucking. A top is the person who has sex with the other one, with the other being the bottom. For instance in guys the top is the one who does the giving and getting bj's, whereas the bottom receives and gives bj's.
I'd assume for women a pure top would mean she does all the activities and you are her "toy" as it were. I mean toy as in your job is to pleasure her however she wants to be.
