I often leave them on at the very beginning, and SLOWLY work my way down there, and then only touching her through her panties at first. I like to tease and build the sexual tension. But I rarely keep them on through the whole thing; eventually, they are coming all the way off.

I vote 'A' cause it is the rarer of things to happen most time  at least  with me. I like variations from time to time, no monotony. But I love a naked woman anyday so most times it's completely off :D
