Having had this discussion with women, and having lived with a number of women, the answer is a little more complicated than that.
The real issue is that women generally grow their hair longer than guys, and so it's much more important that they take better care of it. I never understood that until I grew my hair long, and trust me, it's a bitch to take care of, and requires much more work and different behavior. The point is: women don't wash their hair every day like guys do. Guys can get away with that because our hair is short, and we get haircuts all the time, so the damage we do to it doesn't matter; our hair gets cut off before the damage is obvious or becomes a problem. For women, especially with longer hair, this isn't the case, and better hair-care is vital.
So, if you cause a woman to have to wash her hair outside of her normal schedule, this is a BIG DEAL to her, and she's going to get upset. Further, if she is going to be seen by other people prior to going to bed for the evening, meaning her hair is styled already, she's going ot be even more upset, because you've ruined a lot of work for her.
It's not that cum doesn't wash out of hair pretty easily - it does. The problem is that HAVING to wash her hair unexpectedly screws up her carefully-laid plans and potentially undoes hours worth of work on her hair that day.

Be thankful it doesn't go in your eye and try to make sure it doesn't, EVER. That is NOT funny and I've heard rumors its even potentially dangerous. It hurts like hell (yeh I've managed to get mine in there) and it gives you massive red eye and you basically look extremely stoned.
It can actually be a total pain in the ass to get out of your hair... i have kinda thick hair+its long af , but even so, it can be abit of a situation, can be in the shower for a while😂 I honestly think however, getting cum on your face can be more difficult, especially if ur already in a shower, for instance the other day I was in the shower with a guy sucked him off obviously and he came in my face because he knew id JUST brushed my teeth and he's so caring like that, it got in my hair facentre and EYES but the worst to to clean off was on my cheek for some reason, changed consistency n everything. So weird
