umm, i feel like it could go either way. now i def don't speak for all women, but in my mind i think its the next step after traditional sex. sex is already extremely intimate, i feel its more so when your partners face is in-between your legs. now, to a lot of people however, oral comes before sex, so maybe I'm not the best person to be asking if you want the majorities opinion...

That can prevent them from letting their partner go down on them, or make it difficult for them to relax when their partner is going down on them. Women may also have trouble relaxing and enjoying themselves because they worry that their partner might not be enjoying himself, or that she might be taking too long to orgasm and he's getting tired, etc.
For other women, it just doesn't feel that great. It might be that its not the right type of stimulation that gets her off, or for others, it might be that their partner isn't very good at it (though, that can usually be solved through communication and willingness to learn).

I like it, though, especially when done right. So like, don't go too rough, but don't be afraid to put some pressure on there. fristly, it might be worth pointing out there are more germs in her mouth then in her pussy. if that doesn't help, suggest the use of a dental dam. you can buy them in some stores, but cling wrap works just as good. if you dont know what these are, google it.
Just tell her that it's far from unsanitary if she cleans herself regularly (once every day in the shower is enough, maybe adding some baby wipes in there as well for the times she visits the bathroom). The vagina is pretty much self-cleansing though, and nothing weird is going on down there considering that the vagina definitely doesn't want any viruses or bacteria to be near it. It's almost the cleanest part of your body when you keep it clean. Tell her that.
