Can a girl be permanently stretched out?

Is it a fact or a myth that a girl can be permanently stretched out by a well hung guy? I can't find an answer on google.

Myth.

The vagina is very elastic-y and is made out of fibrous and muscular tissues. It expands when a woman is aroused, and contracts back to its normal size. The vagina is supported by the pelvis muscles, so that also plays a role in the feeling of "tightness". Like other muscles, USING them makes them stronger (which is why its rather silly that people propagate the idea that women get loose vaginas from having lots of sex, for example).

The pelvic muscles CAN be weakened by childbirth, but that's way more traumatizing than a penis... even a very big one. But even then, a woman can do kegel exercises to strengthen her muscles, and some women even report feeling tighter after childbirth.

Keep in mind that women's vaginas vary in size just like penises do, some some vaginas will feel snugger or looser than others.

You know the vagina is a muscle right? Soooo in theory the more sex a women has (the more she uses her muscle) the tighter her vagina will be. The vagina gets loose from old age and women can have their original vaginal tightness after children by doing kegels. Women are born with different sized vaginas just as men are born with different sized penises. Did you receive any sexual education?

Myth. The vagina is basically a wall of muscles. Those muscles get trained during sex and will actually tighten her up if done frequently enough. The only thing that can stretch a vagina significantly is giving birth. But some women can tighten it up with exercises. Those exercises are also effective before a woman has given birth.

No. I think your natural size is related to genetics and fitness level. That's why pregnant women are advised to exercise moderately e. g. walking but not be ultrafit as it makes giving birth harder/ more uncomfortable. If you're worried about it, get fitter down there with targeted exercises - guys like that anyway lol!
