I've personally never been able to notice, nor have friends of mine (per discussion we had on the subject). I know a girl who has been "around the block" quite a bit and it's rumored that she is still very tight. I wouldn't say that tightness is a gauge of sexual encounters or experiences. I would say that if a girl seems reluctant or apprehensive about the encounter, that she may be reserved out of the "newness" of sex with you.
