Can a guy still ejaculate/orgasm after his testicles had been ruptured?

If a guy's both testicles were ruptured and he had to have surgery, will he still be able to ejaculate and experience orgasms normally from then on, just like before? Or at all...

Most (90%) rupture cases heal correctly if surgery was done in 72 hours. It is rare that both testicles are ruptured beyond repair. Only in this case you broke his testosterone factory. Having erections and orgasms becomes much harder without testosterone. You could still ejaculate as only 3% of the volume comes out of the testicles but babymaking would be impossible.

Guys have a seminal vesicle which is basically what produces semen, it's separate from the testicles so i'd assume that yes a guy still would ejaculate.

Yes to both. A man's testicles are the source of sperm, but semen itself comes from your seminal vesicles. So you can't have kids or it would affect fertility if testicles have been damaged, but you'd be able to ejaculate. Orgasm is still possible, because you can still be stimulated - mentally, emotionally and physically on other parts of your body.

Well surgery can repair a rupture in most cases if done in time, & they will be fully functional.

Ouch. I have never heard of that but sounds really painfull. But testicles only produce sperm and have nothing to do with the ability to ejaculate

What we feel during ejaculation comes from the penis. The feeling of semen as it travels through it and out the tip is a great sensation as well. None of the experience has anything to do with the balls themselves. He might loose feeling in them so he may not have the same awsome feeling of when a woman gently fondles them. But in the big scope of things that is pretty small.

Yes. Orgasm is a matter of stimulation with the prostate and seminal vesicles being the trigger of ejaculation. Damaged testicles, so long as they are healed and present may only determine fertility.
