Whatever you do don't rub them fast with the palm of your hand. If your girlfriend is okay with it its best when they're out of the shirt. Pull lightly, suck on them while licking the nipple. Nibble very lightly. Also you can try to light lick or rub your finger around her areola to get her nipples hard and tease her.

I do but I didn't think they would get bigger after high school I was a D in high school and I was slim in high school too
