While I am not going to provide any direct links whatsoever as that would be sexually explicit and this is a site visited by minors, I'll describe the scenario underneath the mentioned the title and the pages that contain the phenomenon. I sure hope that's still among acceptable terms. Obviously this is drawn pornographic material (hentai manga), so if you're in a work setting or can be exposed to external witnesses, then refer to this question later if you will. On Fakku, it's called "Katekano Chapter 8 (Final)", and I'm curious about page 11 and 16. For those that skip seeing the scenario, the guy basically forces his penis through the cervix and into the womb. While the artist is pretty good at his art style and all, I can't help but feel that this is either impossible, or in a real life scenario extremely painful and maybe even has extreme health risks if it were. So those who actually have a knack for female anatomy and can somewhat relate to it in some shape or form - is this even possible? If it is, is there even a chance that this wouldn't be extremely painful? I'm curious because I don't know, and I somewhat think there's no way this can be a good thing :/ It's better to know for sure. Help? Any legitimate reaction is fine too. Information is power.

You are majorly correct in your assumptions. It would be either impossible or very very difficult and extremely painful. The cervix is fairly strong, and while there are times when it can dilate, those times are always extremely painful for the woman. Although, pigs do have corkscrew penises to allow them to lodge themselves in the cervix and thus breed more effectively. So it is at least semi-possible for them, but seeing as pig anatomy doesn't actually bear all that much resemblance to human anatomy, I don't think we can really assume that they would work the same way.

From what I have been taught, period cramps are in fact the cervix dilating to allow bits of the uterine lining to pass through. There, it only dilates a tiny bit, but is still extremely painful. This is also a major reason why childbirth is so extremely painful. I actually have had an IUD put in, which I had to have my cervix dilated for, and let me tell you, it was not a happy experience. I was even sore and hurting for several days afterwards. So yeah, no. "Cervix sex" would both be potentially dangerous and EXTREMELY painful. Perhaps it would be possible just after childbirth, or if the cervix was dilated using tools, but aside from that I don't see it working, and even then it would cause extreme pain.

Just after childbirth, I'm pretty sure a woman has better things to do than be in even more pain, though. Although this makes me wonder, is it possible that child birth decreases the severity of menstrual cramps?

Yeah, I'd say so too. But hey, hypothetical scenarios and all. And it's possible, though I'm not sure. But it seems likely. They did tell me that getting an IUD put in hurts less for women who have already had a child because the cervix has already been previously stretched out, so it does seem likely.

The real question is, is it really the cervix - according to stuff I've been looking up now, it's the muscle contractions that cause the lining to "gtfo" out of there as a result of a particular hormone (progesterone, I believe). BUT this site www.everydayhealth.com/pms/menstrual-cramps.aspx claims that it is true that childbirth decreases cramps, so I guess it's true.

Hmm. Perhaps a combination of both? Though when I was getting my IUD put in, that felt like cramps only about 10 times worse, and seeing as it was someone else dilating my cervix with a tool I don't think muscle contractions were involved. Well, I got the mirena IUD. It's hormonal, and it actually stops me from having periods. But in terms of whether it stretched the cervix enough to lessen the severity of cramps if I had regular ones, I don't think so. The first period I got after having it put in was super bad and I had worse cramps than usual. (Though that may have been because my cervix was still sore and because my uterus was getting used to having a foreign object inside it.)

Well that's surprisingly useless then, did the cervical soreness ever stop or did you have to get the IUD removed instead?

Oh, no, it does work. It takes a bit to kick in, but it has basically stopped my periods (only very light spotting at this point, 6 months after getting it.) It's just that the very first period I had after getting it was still bad, and was worse than usual. But after that they lightened up, and now they're almost all gone.

I somewhat wonder if that prevents eggs from being released at all. Because considering egg count of a female is limited, this might even maintain reproduction capability to a longer period of time in the future and make the menopause hit in later.

Well, while it may work partially by preventing ovulation, that apparently doesn't have an effect on the age for menopause. According to what I've read, menopause happens because the body stops producing certain hormones. So it's not all due to the amount of eggs.

Nope! While deep penetration and cervical orgasm are possible, the penis is too wide to penetrate the cervix. The cervical opening is the size of about your thumb. Unless you're giving birth, nothing that wide should be exiting or entering your cervix. I hope I helped!

For one EW and for two, its not possible. He would need to have a really really long penis for one, and for another, the cervix is extremely small and only allows menstrual blood to flow out and semen to flow in. And as far as I know it only dilates during labor

No. The Cervix doesn't work that way. It's possible to 'Bump' into her Cervix, but it will just hurt because what you're effectively doing to pushing all the way in, and then pushing a little bit further, causing her to either stretch further than she can, or your hitting something sensitive.

Imagine shoving something up your butt as far as it would go, then pushing further. It has nowhere to go so it's just painful.

Okay, I only am commenting because this has truly happened to me ONE time.👀 That being said, I was 9 months pregnant (and therefore was already dilated a bit, false labor two weeks before actual birth, long story.) So yes. From personal experience it is possible if the cervix is already dilated more than it usually is. It didn’t feel painful tbh moreso uncomfortable here and there, but we BOTH knew what was going on. He said it was amazing from his side 😂 I did feel a pop not long after and then gave birth within the next day or so. So yeah. Lol.
