For me it was actually pretty painful. I remember, I just woke up and I was like "oww, my nipple hurts." So then I rubbed it and it felt like there was peppermint shaped, cement thing stuck underneath my nipple. I thought I was gonna die! When I told my mom she assured me that it was just me becoming a woman.
I was a slow bloomer so for a good 3 or 4 years, if my boobs were hit by anything it would hurt alot. Imagine the feeling of tweezing down below. That's how it felt for my boobs when they got hit hard.
But now they're good. They aren't so sensitive anymore.

That's actually a pretty good comparison :) If you feel it at all, it's almost like an itchy, tingly feeling, but most of the time you don't even notice. It doesn't hurt at all though. The most scary part about it is that they'll stop growing before you think they're big enough.
It doesn't hurt at all! They just slowly become bigger... It's a little uneasy to get used to the size, and on the occasion you get the fist feeling.
I started getting a touch of gynecomastia 2 years ago and my left one was pretty painful to touch for a long time! It was also a bit itchy from time to time. It still is. It's also still touchy, but nowhere near as "bad" as it was. Now, it's mostly just behind my nipple.

Well for me actually I did notice growth as it was a process that takes place over a small period of time, for me that is. It feels like tiny sea monkeys are moving around inside of them, pushing the walls of each ball outwards. This feels good sometimes but also hurts. It usually only happens when I'm sexually active but sometimes it happens throughout the day and at night. I'm 19 and haven't had sex yet, but they're growing like crazy haha
