First of all you don't have to get confused while sex, take it smoothly from slow to fast in an accelerated rhythm. Get your man laid and get over him, try to set on his stomach and that will make him feel your hotness. No need to rush and take your time kissing him and peppering his nick and chest with kisses. After that slowly and with your help let him enter you. At this pint you can do one of two:
1- move forward and backward: keep your hips on the same level (stuck to his) and move forward and backward.

You have trouble keeping him in. One could say, try to not let him come out so much. As in, one tends to go in and out in the midst of such penetrative sexual acts, so do not have him withdraw so much by rising so much, basically you would follow the same principles a horse rider would follow, in that you would try not to get bucked off, nor try to jump off too much yourself.
