I have been close friends with this girl since little school so we know each other pretty well, we moved are separate ways but we have started seeing each other now and again ( I see her in town or I go round to see her occasionally). Every time I go round her house she's got changed out of her work uniform and normally ways wears a pretty low cut top for another kind of top that showers a little of her bra and shows cleavage, before we drifted apart her boobs had grown to a standard size ( she is a very short girl 5ft 2 max) and I never thought of her in that way, but when I saw her again for the first time I was like WOW lol now my problem is when I go round all I can think about his her amazing boobs, I don't stare at them but can't help but glance every so often, she has mentioned it to me, saying I noticed you looked at my boobs tonight in a text, I said sorry and she told me she didn't mind as she new I had always liked breasts,  but now all  I want to do is rip her shirt off lol she's grown up amazingly and so attractive but what should I do? is she teasing me with her cleavage ?

Wow  I feel your pain, hmm, well does she seem interested at all in being more than friends with you? This would be where I would start from. More over than that are you really interested in her beyond being friends and not for just her impressive bust line either. If you really want to be committed to her as a boyfriend, maybe you should let her know, see what she says. If on the other hand you are just admiring her breasts and want to take it to the next level, well you can tell her that too. I must warn you though that no matter how much people want to tell you that casual sex doesn't change things, they are wrong. Sex can very much change the dynamic of a friendship sometimes for better sometimes not, it just depends on the maturity of the people involved. I would recommend just being honest with her, if she likes you too, than it might turn into something great, if on the other hand she isn't ready for that she might be able to tone down her dressing habits around you so you don't feel so uncomfortable.

You don't seem to be any different then guys of any age. I wear and have worn shirts that are low cut, or just tank tops. In many cases they're just too hard to hide, and why should you. I'm not trying to tease anyone, just wearing clothes I feel comfortable in. I have guy friends who love to talk about my boobs, I don't care, at least they're open about it. I make sure that I wear stuff to cover up if it makes them feel uncomfortable or if their girlfriends do. Just bring it up if it is really bothering you. If you think that there is more meaning to what she is doing, then ask. I don't know, but that has been my experience with it.

She wouldn't wear those tops or send a text saying she caught you looking at her boobs if she had a problem with it (bringing it up in a text most likely means that she wants you to notice them, especially if she knows you have a thing for boobs). She could be teasing you, she might not be. You could always try asking her out and see where it goes.

Oh... I only just realized you're under 18. Unlucky for you... Because if you actually wanted to move your relationship forward with her, I could have told you how. But it would be improper depending on how old you are. So ill give you the brief, soft version.

Firstly, this is more about you than it is about her. It is the fact that you're probably around the age of puberty, and you're just more attracted girls/women AS girls, rather than platonic friends.

When I was your age, I was in a similar situation, and texting is a beautiful thing at that age. (As you get older, you're going to have to rely more and more on in-person communication). Anyway, flirt with her in text messages. Because if you're shy, you can say stuff in texts that you would never say in person. depends where you and her go and who is there and such.

if you are going with a group to the club or somthing she is probably teasing most guys.
