  • Be careful with whom you do it. Could be very risky. This is very graphic, but you should know this before you do anything like that. One of the people below said almost the same thing, as this.

    When you are in the position of being penetrated by two men, especially in the rectum, you can be easily injured, and a rectal 'tear' would not be hard to imagine. and would be a very bad injury.
