I think a lot of guys do this and I think it could mean a lot of things. He might be doing it because he thinks he's supposed to or because he's trying to see if you enjoy it. He might just be trying to come and find your face attractive to look at. Or it could mean something I haven't even thought of. On it's own I don't think it's anything bad or good.
