That's actually fairly common. It happens a lot more with men than it does women as far as I know. I've read a poem that was written in the middle ages that brings up this topic. Scientists still aren't sure the exact reason this happens. All they know is it has something to do with the body's hormones and chemical levels. It's nothing to worry about.
