My boyfriend is has good hygiene but I guess his pee must be so smelly that it kinda builds up over the day, so in the afternoon, if he takes off his pants near me, I will instantly smell it. It kinda kills the mood a bit when we're about to have sex. I wish he would take a piece of toilet paper and clean the tip of the penis eveytime he pees, so this doesn't happen, but I once asked him if he did it and he was like "hell no", as in "real man shake their junk to get rid of pee". He's the one missing out on bjs though, cause I won't go near it with my mouth. I want to explain this to him bluntly, but I'm afraid I'll embarrass him. I don't want him to think "oh gosh, she was grossed out by my smell this whole time and I didn't know". Help me out here guys, how do I approach the situation? If this was you, how would you want your partner to tell you?

This is a tough one since you don’t want to hurt his feelings! First of all, he should see a doctor to make sure he doesn’t have an infection that’s causing his urethra or bladder to smell. Secondly, it sounds like you guys have a healthy relationship so I would suggest just coming at it from a health standpoint. Say you like when he’s taking care of himself, etc. In addition, I’d recommend buying him a bottle of Man1 Man Oil, a great penis health crème with antibacterial properties that can help keep you clean and hygienic down there.

Even if a guy shakes after peeing it doesn't explain the smell. That is just poor hygiene overall. And you have every right to be blunt!!! Tell him to scrub up everyday and pay special attention to his naughty bits before you get a UTI or yeast infection!!!

He used to do exercise and drink a lot of water but it has been months since he hasn't been able to. So I assumed that was the problem, with him not getting rid of all those toxins and drinking a little amount of water.
