Can you get pregnant with anal sex while you're on your period?

So a couple days ago I had an abortion thinking I was seven weeks pregnant I was 100% sure that I was seven weeks pregnant because seven weeks before the abortion that's when I had unprotected sex and the guy came inside of me two days in a row and I never took the morning after pill or any form of contraception. When they did the ultrasound they asked me if I wanted to know how far along I was I told him I already know how far along I am I am seven weeks pregnant but the nurse told me I was 10 weeks and five days I was really confused I was doing the math in my head and I was pretty sure that it was a mistake. I did have intercourse in the end of July which was 10-11 weeks before my abortion but with a different guy plus I was on my period when it happened and I was wearing a tampon so we had anal sex maybe once or twice and he did came but he came inside. That's why I am really confused and pretty sure that the ultrasound was wrong! Do you guys think it's possible or was I really 10 weeks and five days pregnant by that guy I had only anal sex with while on my period?

also I wasn't even emotional or sad at all about having an abortion is that normal? Like I cried when I found out I was pregnant but I made the decision quickly and never ever felt sad or cried about it after that. Today is day 3 since the abortion

Right now, your not going to feel the effects of lost and guilt, later on you may when it registers in your mind what happened. You get pregnant when the sperm makes its way into your vagina. So if it drips and slips inside, yes you can, even without sex. That's why you watch how you wipe yourself and where you sit on toilet seats. And yes, you can get pregnant on your period if you also dropped an egg or there is still an old egg from your last cycle. Overall not from anal sex, but if the sperm drips to your vagina. Sperm can survive 3-5 days and at the most 7 days in the vagina.

Well you can't get pregnant from anal sex but if it gets near your vaginal it could make its way inside. As for the emotions of the abortion, yes normal, it's a difficult decision and life changing. Please use contraception, I had an abortion at 19 and at 30 had my first child, and now I regret my decision even more even though back then I wasn't ready. It's a life, so many can't get pregnant and so many take advantage of it.
