How effective is the pull out method when pulling out far in advance?

Question

So me and my girl were getting frisky and we where initially using condoms however when it came off we decided to keep on going. I only was in there for about 1 minute of unprotected and pulled. I then continued to use my hand to finish myself off which took about another minute. My question is how effective would this be in not getting my girl pregnant. I don't plan on going in unprotected ever again but am I wrong in the belief that it was almost impossible for her to get pregnant when I wasn't even close to cuming when I pulled out. I just need to know if I should be considering plan B right now or if I was fine because when I pulled out I was still quite a ways away from cuming.

It's pretty effective if you use it properly, which it sounds like you did. Seeing as how you took into account the risk of there being sperm still hanging around from your last time cumming, as well as pulling out well before there being any risk for you to start ejaculating prior to withdrawal.

My boyfriend and I used the withdrawal method as our main and, in most cases, only method of contraception for roughly two years and I never got pregnant. You guys are probably fine though... if you feel like getting Plan B this one time if anything, to give you some peace of mind, that wouldn't be a crazy idea.

I learned this recently since we've been doing pull out. Still not pregnant but did have a scare. To be fair, if we have a kid by accident we'd raise it... and together at that. There's no semen in pre-cum BUT if you've come any time recently beforehand the pre-cum can get semen from it when it comes out. While we would raise a kid if we absolutely had to, we're not ready or actively planning one, GYN appt is next week lol. (12th)

It's unlikely she's pregnant but it not impossible. If there was leftover sperm on you (from a previous ejaculation) and you entered her, it's possible that sperm was in your precum. But given your update, you're probably good!

But yeah, using the pull-out method alone is really risky.

Granted I'm on birth control but the fifty percent of the guys I've been with that used the pull out method with me never got me pregnant. None of them waited until the last minute either. They pulled out early in advance and it had taken a few minutes of masturbation before they cum on me.

The pull out method does not work. It may be fun but any precum on your penis can get a girl pregnant. Unless you (or her) wants to be a parent why risk it? No condom means no sex... stick with oral or fingering and handjobs they are fun also!

You should be fine. Before I got on birth control the pull out method was the only method I used and I never got pregnant.

It's more effective than you might think. My boyfriend and I pulled out for almost two years before I got on the pill and he never got me pregnant. I think a lot of guys just don't pull out in time and don't want to admit it.
