Well if anything if your with your SO the only thing might be some bad joke about nipples that he would likely just mispronounce/use the wrong wording. That you can slap him for. xD. Realy big nipples wouldn't be a turn off so much as just another question guys would ask about why they are so different. I dont know about very many people dissing people based on nipples. Other than people complaining when they gotta go shirtless and go out side in like winter. With some ungraceful statement like. "Ugh! my nips are hard." Which is a bad like euphemism as it does the opposite of what the person would want.
