Premature ejaculation solutions?

Hello everyone. I have been sexually active for a year now and i am having sex about 6 times a month. I believe i struggle with PE. I can't last longer than a minute after penetration. The first 2 months it was way worse, i could only last for about 5 seconds. After reading some articles online i found out that ejaculation is controlled by a muscle called pc. It was then i reallised that i am always flexing that muscle when i am inside my girlfirend. All the articles are saying that this muscle should be relaxed during sex if you want to last longer, but i can te help it. Maybe because i am way too stressed that i ll cum early or maybe because i am very arroused. Do you think that my PE problem is caused by this muscle or is it something else? Has anyone of you guys had the same problem and if so how did you overcame it? Any girls with boyfriends with PE are welcome to comment

    Honestly from what you say I expect you can be lasting 20 minutes by 6 weeks from now. You know the exact problem and it's physical (though relaxing is part of it). Extremely fixable.

    • that helps a little, like i can last 3 minutes when drunk. But that are temporary solutions, i would like to know how can i teach myself to go for like 10 minutes naturally

  • jerk it before hand, and if you feel like you're going to blow soon then just stop until the feeling subsides. Also practice edging in your alone time and look into kegals.

  • take longer deeper breathes to relax, before and during sex. It's no quick cure but like most things its a practice, but deep controlled breathes with focus will help whether it is a muscle or arousal thing. best of luck
