Could this be herpes or razor bumps?

Scared... So I'm 19, virgin. Last month, like on June 13th, I went to my ex boyfriend's place and he pressured me to take off my underwear (one of the reasons why I broke up with him). I told him from the get go that I was waiting for marriage/deep fear of STDS. We just sticked to making out with mutual mastb. Luckily, we didn't have penetrative sex, however when we were making out (I was on the bottom/he was on top), (he was in his boxers, I was wearing a dress). Without asking me, he placed his penis on top of my vulva for about six seconds (as he "thought" I wanted skin to skin contact) When I felt it, I quickly told him to take it off. At the time, I didn't even know STDs can transmitted via skin. He is not a virgin, and he said that he doesn't have a STD. Before this incident happened, I asked TWICE about his sexual history. He said that he was tested last in December. I didn't ask him what he was tested for, which I regret not doing because herpes is not included in standard STD testing. He almost got retested so I can be reassured because I wouldn't let him touch me at some point. Now I am hella worried because I have been having itching down there/ bumps. I've always have razor bumps. I shaved actually last on the day I saw him. I don't know if these bumps are coming due to my hair growing back (since it has been 5 weeks). I noticed how last week one of the bumps seemed to have pus, and when I popped it, yellow-ish pus/blood came out.
I'm so worried cause I can't even ask my ex because we broke up two weeks ago on a bad note/now on NC (dated for 7 months). I can't even go to the doctor because my mom accompanies me. She doesn't even know I've been seeing my ex.

  • I am a frequent shaver, and what you're describing are ingrown hairs. They're very common especially when you're growing your hair out after shaving. Herpes looks like little clumps of sores. What you're describing with the pus and stuff sounds just like in grown hairs. If you pay attention when you pop them, it's usually right on a hair follicle.

  • Very minimal chance it's herpes, but see a doctor. Get YOUR baseline STD tests done, and get on birth control, since it's very likely you will be having sex soon.

  • You're 19yrs old and "mummy" goes with you? What the hell for?

    • It's a long story..

    • Maybe so, but you have a tongue in your head, so say to her thanks but no thanks, I'm doing this on my own. In fact, don't even tell her you have Doctor/GP appointment, she has absolutely no right in knowing anything.

  • Shame on you for having anything to do with an ex. That alone was very stupid. It sound more razor burn and by the way pubic hair is there for protection. It acts as a barrier to keep things away. Congratulations for fucking that up too

    • No we broke up after this happened.

    • Good. Never look back

    • Yeah. He disrespected me after all this, mostly blaming me. & I didn't know as I wanted my vagina to look nice because he kept pressuring me that he wanted to see it. I'm just worried that the skin contact caused something :(.

  • You should be good. What you described is most likely an ingrown hair :)

  • Probably herpes

  • is it just one bump? And how big is it

    • It's more than one. It's like small/pimple size

    • without looking at it i would probably say infected hair razor burn or pimple. id have to see to tell u more. or u could go to the dr.

  • you may see a doc. However don't worry. This is not a big deal
