Am on my 30th day, it's hard (pun) intended, plus I am starting to dream about sex, I don't know how I don't wake up even having a boner 😅 . Yes. Quitting masturbation was one of the best decisions I have ever made. It is not easy, but since I stopped I have more energy, more confidence and my penis looks a lot better too. I tried it for a while, for around a month and I really didn't feel any different. I am not sure if you need to do it for longer to notice anything, would have to look into it I guess.
