Should men dress with their bulge showing?

I think people should dress to leave something to others imagination (goes for guys and girls).

The only thing I can think of when I hear a guy is trying to show off there bulge, is they just grabbed some food from the produce section and stuck it there to make women want to look.

I don't judge someone negatively if I can notice a bulge, but I don't think guys should be dressing to show it off. That seems kind of creepy, and honestly, girls don't care about your penis that much. :P

I admit, I'll glance at a guys pants. But I think that it should only be noticable if you've get a boner. Leave more room for the imagination! ;)
