I think for facial hair, clean shaven is usually mute professional looking. some men look better with some facial hair however so it is individual. for body hair, keep it natural unless it's really excessive, in which case keep it but Trim it so it's an average amount of body hair. body hair exudes masculinity. waxing is okay but not necessary, many gay men wax so sometimes waxing can diminish perceived masculinity. definitely shave/trim/wax private areas if you're choosing to be sexually active
