As long as you are on the pill (and have been for at least a month) then you don't have to worry a whole lot about being protected (other then for STDs which can/will transfer without a condom or some other form of "barrier" protection). Now, yes the precum does contain spem, however (for the most part), without you being on the correct part of your ovarian cycle you stand little chance of getting pregnant even if you weren't on the pill and he did fully cum in you.

Why yes, yes it can. Numerous posts have been made about this. Remember sex ed? Yes, pre cum can contain sperm. It only take one. And if you went to Catholic school, you'd know that "if a boy ejaculates (in sin) in another room in the same house, the ejaculate can hunt down innocent unsuspecting young girls and get the pregnant!"

Usually the sperm that is in precum is usually dead or nonexistent but the best way to prevent pregnancy is condoms bc small amounts of cum can seep out during sex is usually not enough to actually cause conception but better safe than sorry
You could have Googled this, in short: yes. Especially if the man has ejaculated recently. Pre-cum itself does not contain sperm; however, it can pick up 'leftover' sperm if there is any in the urethra that has not been flushed out.
Precum has traces of sperm in it, but if you're on the pill you won't be getting pregnant and he doesn't even need to be pulling out.
