How much vaginal discharge is considered normal on regular days?

I never really understood it perfectly. I know for sure that there is always more during my ovulation, noticed it a very long time ago. But on regular days I can't really know if it follows any pattern or not. Somedays there's almost nothing down there, but somedays I wake up wetter than the normal. It's also been happening more often during the day, don't know why. Thank God panty liners exist. So, what would be consired the normal?

Unless you have an actual infection, don't worry about your discharge. Your vagina is on it's own cleaning and lubricating schedule. Instead of pantyliners, try wearing all-cotton panties, and if you need to, change them once or twice a day. The more fresh air you get you your ladybits, the better.

It's whatever is normal for you. If you start having heavier discharge you will certainly notice. As long as it isn't pink, greyish, green, super yellow, smell terrible, or itch and burn you're probably in the clear.

Any amount is normal, really. But the type of discharge is what matters more. If it smells bad, is a color, is clumpy, is runny, that's an indication of infection.

That sounds normal. It may turn white when aroused or around your period. Generally if it smells or has a color like green, yellow, grey, or has texture you should worry then.
