  • Yes they are very real but most guys will never get them because they cum too fast in their pants because they are not any good in bed.

You get blue balls when you make out or fool around with a gir for hours and hours without cumming. Most guys would just cum in their pants because they are losers, lol but if they dont cum like forest gump then they will eventually get blue balls.

If someone is saying they need to have sex with you because of blue balls it's probably a lie. Blue balls hurt really bad and when you start to hurt or tighten up from blue balls sex does not help, you have to painfully jerk off until you cum.

    • The reason I ask this is because it’s happened to my boyfriend

    • And because my therapist who mind you is a male said it was not a really thing

    • It is definitely a real thing, but i would guess that most guys use it as an excuse to try and convince their girlfriend to have sex. I've had blue balls a few times, and it hurt so bad i did not want to be in the same room with my girlfriend because it just hurt to see her. When it has happened it was because we were making out, just kissing and touching for hours. I never told her about it or tried to have sex with her because of it. It hurt so bad i did not want to make out or have sex anymore. Blue balls are real, but most guys fake it to try and get their girlfriend to have sex with them i believe.

  • The color is metaphorical.
Blue-balls combines two sensations. One is the congestion you feel in the prostate area from engorgement with seminal fluid during arousal. Instantly dispelled by ejaculation. The other is strain on the vast deferens that draws up the testicles during arousal to load the pipeline, aggravated by their bouncing around during sex. Takes a while to fade.

  • Yes, it most certainly is a real thing, but their balls don't actually turn blue. Simply put, blue balls is discomfort in the testicles caused by prolonged arousal and no release.

On a side note: a lot of guys seem to think it's OK to try guilt tripping women into having sex with them because they caused his "blue balls" but realistically he can fix it himself by jacking off.

I know this from experience because I accidentally caused my boyfriend to get blue balls once, which he was able to resolve himself, so it's bullshit if the guy uses it as an excuse to get an unwilling but gullible girl into bed with him.

  • Yes it's real only not the color. His balls won't turn blue. Guys need release and it can be painful if they get close then don't get it. It shouldn't be a big deal for a girlfriend to give her boyfriend the release he needs when he needs it. That's one of the reasons why oral sex is so good. Just tilt your head back, open your mouth wide and have him do all the hard work. :)
