Yes they are very real but most guys will never get them because they cum too fast in their pants because they are not any good in bed.

Yes, it most certainly is a real thing, but their balls don't actually turn blue. Simply put, blue balls is discomfort in the testicles caused by prolonged arousal and no release.

On a side note: a lot of guys seem to think it's OK to try guilt tripping women into having sex with them because they caused his "blue balls" but realistically he can fix it himself by jacking off.

Yes it's real only not the color. His balls won't turn blue. Guys need release and it can be painful if they get close then don't get it. It shouldn't be a big deal for a girlfriend to give her boyfriend the release he needs when he needs it. That's one of the reasons why oral sex is so good.
