Do you do anything else? A friend told me she uses unscented baby wipes sometimes if she's in a hurry or doesn't feel like showering. I don't know if I should follow this or just continue to shower all the time? My biggest issue is I live with my parents and they don't know that I'm active with myself, so it'd look suspicious if I take showers at night really late 24/7 and in the afternoon I don't know.

They aren't going to say anything if you take a shower at night. There's other reasons to take a shower at night like you're hot or cold or your skin is bothering you or that you've been sweating all day.

I don't think women's smells are so evident as those of men (sperm), so I would just go to the bathroom, wash my hands (and genitals if you think it's necessary) and go to sleep.
