We are NOT cleaning the vagina. We are washing the labia and the vulva. The vagina is like a self cleaning oven. That's why if you are wearing a pair of black panties you often will see a white chalky residue. Its normal. Every woman should make sure she removes smegma on a daily basis. If a woman says she doesn't have any she either does not know what and where it is. It accumulates on either side of the clitoris.

Girls should just use mild, unscented soap and water—no douching or frangrances since that will through off the pH and upset the natural flora.

Guys also should use soap and water. If you have a foreskin, pull it back a little and wash around the head to prevent the buildup of smegma, and then put the foreskin back when you are done.

It shouldn’t affect your sensitivity at all. It is normal for guys with darker skin pigmentation to have a reaction between their androgen cells (male hormone) and the cells that produce melanin (skin pigment)—that is why you may notice a darker-looking groin and/or scrotum.

Not sure what you mean. I am uncut and when I shower I wash like normal. I've gotten in the habit of pulling back my foreskin to wash the head, but honestly I was never raised to do that or anything - I just did it.

Beyond that, soap and water does the job.

Vaginas are a self cleaning organ, you learn this in like 2nd Grade in 1st world countries usually, anyhow I just let water run in the shower.
If you mean cleaning after sex and that kind of thing then I just hold it over the sink and again let water run.

I use Goat-soap my family makes, and scrub hard. (Easiest when it's erect) I put shampoo in my Pubic hair and use my fingernails to make sure I get into it and thoroughly clean. I'm circumcised, and I've heard girls prefer the foreskin. *sob*
