How can a girl look hot without looking slutty?

a lot of the hot girls at my school dress slutty. they come to school with super short skirts, low cut tops, and high heels. of course they get a lot of attention for showing off their bodies. I want to know how I can dress in an attractive manner without dressing like those girls. I want guys to think I look good without them thinking I'm easy or just for sex. I want them to think I look pretty but also down to earth so they will come talk to me. what should I wear? and don't lecture me on talking to guys and making moves because I do. I just sort of dress like a tomboy now and want to change that.

Not sure what the climate is like where you are at, but I've always been really attracted to girls wearing sun dresses during the summer. You could get a nice one that is longer and doesn't reveal too much. I think that girls look really cute doing this unlike the girls who wear the slutty tops and really short shorts. Don't know if you would want to wear a sun dress every day though. During colder weather you could get a nice coat to wear. I passed this girl walking when I was visiting San Francisco last summer that gave me this adorable smile. It was roughly in the mid 50's outside and she was wearing this lovely white coat. I think you could call it a belted trench coat. She was also wearing very stylish boots. She looked very sexy/adorable, sophisticated and chic. So much so that I still remember her a year later! Hahaha. I wish I had gone back and talked to her... Buy yeah, boots are an awesome idea too. I love women that wear long boots. Frye makes some really nice boots. In fact I own a pair myself. this is easy still wear tight cloths that have your butt and breast sticking out but don't show skin like a belly or open shoulders or skirts unless you want to, then just act like you are, and can you answer my ? click sexuality it should be the second one plz

You can't be extreme, you need to aquire a 'balance'

Example: low cut top, short skirt, knee-high boots = sex toy

But watch how the following examples are 'balanced':

- knee length skirt, high heel boots, low cut top/singlet

- long sleeve shirt, short skirt and ballet flats

- low cut shirt/singlet, tight jeans, high heels

-Very short dress, leggings underneath, flats

See? By doing this they see you look hott! but intrigued by you not giving it all away (if you get what I mean)

You're keeping them keen because believe it or not keeping the 'mystery' is half the fun

Always think in the terms: you show a bit and you hide a bit and it won't be slutty

If you dress like a tomboy now. I wouldn't go full blown feminine/girly right away. It would just make you feel uncomfortable.

Start of with a nice basic top that shows your curves. I like tops like these: link

You can wear this with everything and you can get them in many colors.

If you like to dress like a tomboy, You can just girly that look up a bit and still look very cute.

if you're showing skin, chose boobs or legs or back, never more than one. Wear a v neck top with a mid length skirt or some short shorts with a blouse or boyfriend style tee. A turtleneck and nice jeans or a cute summer dress work as well. The most important thing in looking good is buying clothes that fit right, not too baggy or too tight. Good luck!

moderation. the best way to dress to seem approachable but not easy is modeartion. figure out your best feature and accent it, then cover up the rest. if its your legs, wear shorts, or a skirt that's flattering to your legs, then wear a turtle neck or something (I dk, I dk girls fashion) but..point is. the more skin you show the easier you appear. skin=sex.
