Why do girls get periods and boy's don't?

So, this question has been disturbing me from a lot of time, i jusst wanna know the details of it! It makes me confused...

It may seem unfair that girls get periods and boys don’t, but it’s because their bodies are different. Girls have reproductive organs which include a uterus, ovaries, fallopian tubes, cervix, and vagina. Boy’s have a penis, scrotum (sack), and testicles.

For girls – every month, the lining of the uterus thickens and prepares for a fertilized egg. If the egg doesn’t become fertilized, the lining sheds and blood is released from the uterus. This is called a period.

So, having a period means that you’ll likely be able to get pregnant. Guys have different reproductive organs, so they don’t have a period and therefore can’t get pregnant. Some guys may actually feel that this is unfair

Every month or so, the uterus lining gets thicker to prepare for a fertilized egg if the woman becomes pregnant. If the egg doesn't get fertilized, that lining is released from the body as blood through the vagina. This monthly process is called menstruation or a period.

Once a month the lining is released along with the egg which is called a period in order to make room for a new lining and egg. Men don’t get them because they don’t have uteruses, carry babies or have egg cells.

Well, and someone can correct me if I'm wrong, I'm pretty sure it doesn't change the fact that the egg still gets released and if it doesn't get fertilized then the lining sheds causing the period. It just means that the egg has a harder time being fertilized, the vagina is more hostile to sperm than usual or something might be wrong with the guy's sperm but you can still get your period even if you have a hard time getting pregnant or can't.

that's the whole reason for periods... When our body is waiting for some sperm are uterine lining thickens as it waits to get pregnant. When it doesn't get pregnant at the end of the month the lining sheds and goes out of the vagina along with the egg that was waiting for some sperm

You don't have a uterus that you need to shed every month to because you didn't get pregnant. The body prepares the uterus for a possible pregnancy then for what ever reason needs to reset that progress and do it again next month. A period is basically just the body getting rid of all the preparation it did

We don't ovulate, you do, that's the reason. On the other hand we produce semen all the time and have to release it eventually, and if we don't do it some random day we just find out the nature got rid of it for us during our sleep.
In a very simple way, you have an egg a month, we have millions of little swimmers, both of us have to replace it for new ones from time to time
