Are women more emotional while on their period?

Like will they cry easier or become upset over smaller things?

  • Hormone changes are a bitch. I certainly don't envy women the struggle they go through as their hormones cycle.
Some women adamantly reject the idea that hormone changes can make them emotional, or irrational. Like making believe that being human, being sapient, means we have mastery over these things, and aren't just animals. But we are, indeed, just animals, and hormones control almost everything. Our bodies are built on very specific biochemistry.

Yes, most women suffer an emotional shift during their period. For some, that shift can be intense enough that they may seem irrational, manic, bipolar, etc.
Seems senseless to hold that against them in any way though.

  • Some yes, some no. It is really on the individual, their body and many other factors. Some women can control their emotions easier than others. I see it daily. But anywho, I am not impacted that much on my period. For me, I may in some odd instances cry more easy and my body can get a bit achey but that is about it.

  • Some do not all. My period doesn't affect me much, no cramps, no bloating, no emotional roller coaster etc. I get a lot more hornier when it comes near my period and during but I think almost all women get more horny during period

  • I just want the whole world to burn when I'm on my period

    • Wow really why is that?

    • Because every little thing irritates me
