Assuming you take care of yourself it isn't dirty, it is fascinating for most guys, whatever the shape, size or details! I guess most guys would be OK with not giving so long as you were happy with them looking and touching as part of normal relations.

You should only do what you want to. Guys expectations are increasingly set by p*rn, where oral seems almost universal. Soon after you become active with someone you should let them know your views on this, so it doesn't fester. If they really can't cope without, you should move on if your feelings will never change and his expectations won't.
Some guys aren't bothered about not getting oral often or at all. I prefer penetration or manual stimulation from a girlfriend. Some gfs have obviously thought it such a big deal that I've gone along with it, but the truth is I wouldn't miss it. I'm happy to give, but wouldn't force the issue if she was embarrased.
It's something you should discuss with your partner. I think most people do it because they want to please their partner, not particularly because they enjoy it. I could be wrong, though.
It's not weird that you feel that way. Everyone is different. Also, everyone's views tend to change based off of how much experience they have. I've always been into giving oral sex to either gender, but I used to feel really uncomfortable with guys going down on me, especially if I wasn't 100% smooth/freshly shaven.
After I was with a guy several months, I finally felt comfortable letting him go down on me, and I actually really enjoyed it. I realized that he thought it was great too, and he didn't think that I was dirty at all.
So, whatever you decide is right for you is definitely okay, but if you decide later on that you want to try something new, then go ahead. Do what feels right for you.
