I do and would if I remember. I wash my hands a lot in general, so chances are that my hands are often clean. But I thought the vagina had like antimicrobial secretions and it cleans itself too. So while it's an opening, I thought it had a pretty impressive bacteria fighting system. Like there's good bacteria or something that helps with that or the ph or something like that.
But I do know it is good to be clean, as I believe how circumcision helps women, because the removal of the foreskin, which a lot of bacteria can be trapped for a man's dick and not easy to clean. A man's dick will be less germy without the foreskin as bacteria thrives on any skin that has folds and it's easier to clean, so better for maintanence and clean for a woman.

Well there's much more bacteria in our mouths.
True, but few of those bacteria are typically infectious to the urinary tract. You put your hands all kinds of places you would nevr put your mouth, like doorknobs, toilet handles, etc. Our hands carry a lot more germs harmful to humans than our mouths do. That said, there are diseases that are transmitted through oral/genital contact. We know what they are and can test for most of them.

He better! If you ain’t washed you ain’t getting anywhere near there! Unfortunately I get utis so frickin easily it’s ridiculous. I have to be crazy cautious with my personal hygiene. I accidentally touch the top of a tampon before using it, bam, uti. I clean myself a little too much in the shower, uti when I wake up. I’m only exaggerating a little. They’re annoying and I’m not going to put up with another one just because he’s too lazy to go wash his hands.

I expect washed hands, yeah. You wash your hands before eating too - to prevent disease. One of the biggest problem for women is germs from feces that get carried in on someone's hands. Common cause of UTIs. Happens if someone wiped and didn't wash hands or touched hands with someone who didn't.
