This girl Myiasis is an infestation of the skin by developing larvae of a variety of fly species within the arthropod order Diptera. The boyfriend is recording it while the doctors operate. The cost of the removal operate is $804. Would anyone save their girlfriend life if they have an infestation? Think about it?

The situation you describe involves something rare, and not terribly eye appealing to say no more, but that hardly changes the fundamentals. If you love someone, you love them unconditionally. You don't stop just because it isn't pretty.

I agree that it is a stupid question. However the "mere $800" is not that easy to get if you live in a 3rd world country where some earn 30-50 dollars/ month - what is hardly enough for food. We do not now the circumstances :(
