The clitoris is found at the near top of the vagina and is covered by the clitoral hood, a flap of skin predominantly for the clitoris's protection (much the same as a penis's foreskin) therefore if you put your hand at the top of the slit and pull upwards you should be able to locate the clitoris rather easily. If you still can't find it I am willing to share diagrams and assist you further.

Most are quite small. Un-aroused, about the size of a pea. It will enlarge when you are aroused. Firmly pull up on the very top of your vulva where the hood (prepuce/foreskin) is and you should see the front of it.
