Other ways to ejaculate inside w/o pregnancy (aside from birth control)?

Virgin girl here! I'm curious about sex for the first time more than ever lately, and a "possible" partner is interested in doing this. It also sounds extremely tempting to me as it's a big fantasy of mine as well to be filled up. However, I don't want to be the stupid girl that gets knocked up during her first time and has a child with no father (I doubt this guy is strings). I'm still super young: a broke college student who is still looking for a job and living with her parents for now. No way I could support a kid and that would be totally unfair to them; I dont want to bring a life into this world as it is now esp if I can't take care of them properly.

I have a hormonal condition called polycystic ovarian syndrome which may make it harder to have childen. I just started having the symptoms; so this doesn't guarantee extra safety on top of birth control. Are there any other routes? If not I definitely will use protection!!! Just dreaming / fantasizing a bit too much I suppose. Should wait for this sort of thing until I'm married or in a loving relationship haha.

  • Actually, many women with PCOS get a great deal of relief from going on birth control, especially a particular pill called Ortho Tri-Cyclen. It's often recommended.

But no, there is no safe way to have a man ejaculate in your vagina if you are not using contraception. Though your fertility is *maybe* not at the same level as many women your age, you simply can't take the chance. Many PCOS women have miracle babies.

I think you need to have a good talk with your doctor and ask about contraception. I'm going to assume you're in the US. You may still be covered by your parents insurance. The doctor cannot tell your parents why you visited or what was prescribed. You can also visit Planned Parenthood - they want you to get the services you need and they will work with you on payment, or there may be public or private funding for birth control in your state, so it may be free. Your college health center is another place to seek help.

But honestly, no one is going to bat an eye about a woman with PCOS needing the pill. No one.

This brings up some other things like why don't you want to use condoms? If this guy is experienced, has he shown you recent STD test results? Have you had your HPV vaccine? What about Hepatitis A and B and Meningitis vaccines? Have YOU been tested for Herpes? (Yeah, you can have it if you're a virgin.)

    Yes, overwhelming.

But you know how I worry about you kids on here. I want you to have safe, happy sex. Not sad sex.

  • There isn’t. Even birth control isn’t failproof which is why many people use both condoms and hormonal BC. People have literally been having sex forever; and pregnancy is as common as ever. Don’t you think if there was a way to avoid it without using common birth control people would be doing it?
PCOS should never, ever be relied on to prevent conception

  • I have never had kids and I have a Mirena hormonal IUD. I love it and it last for 5 years. No periods and no guessing.

  • As I said to _________, sperm swim, and it's been documented that even if he ejaculates outside but near your vagina, they can still swim inside.

If he's had a vasectomy, it can reduce the chances of pregnancy. But if it was unknowingly botched, you can still get pregnant.

No birth control is 100% effective. But the Pill, IUDs, and latex condoms with spermicidal jelly alone or together are your best bets.

I've had lots of unprotected sex with girls on the Pill and never gotten them pregnant. I've also had lots of protected sex with girls not using birth control without getting them pregnant. And yes, I have a very healthy sperm count.

As long as you use SOMETHING, you should be okay. Just take it slow, make sure he gets you wet first, and enjoy yourself.

  • Well first off. The first time is always the one that is kinda odd at first. But if it's what you want then you will enjoy it for the most part... Coming from a man that is. I'm 34 married once and now well that's what sex gets you... Lonely... Anyways

  • if this is no strings attached and you can't use birth control you need to have the guy use a condom unless you want to just rely on emergency contraception/plan B which i would not advise

  • Be born like me. Sterile

  • You can't get pregnant if you're on top because of gravity

    • Bullshit call! Sperm can swim upstream! And they can survive inside a woman for up to five days!

    • This dude probably has so many kids

    • Or he wasn't paying attention in sex/health ed. That is assuming they had that where he grew up. A lot places (Alabama?) discourage it. Because of course if you don't know about sex, then you won't have it.

  • My sister also has this syndrome and has never been pregnant, or the baby aborted. I'd recommend him orgasming a few times before vaginal insertion with orgasm. Don't risk it.

  • IUD or hormonal injection

  • Well, IUD and implants are still birth control, so unless you can't get pregnant, I can't think of a way.

    • But while there is a possibility for it to happen, it doesn't happen every time you have unprotected sex.

  • Check out this website: https://www.naturalcycles.com/en

    • She can not even use this sort of app because with PCOS she never knows an accurate date as to when her period will come. One month her ovaries could drop an egg and then the next month it doesn't. Its like Russian roulette. Definitely a good way to get pregnant.

  • Female condom best other way out

  • spray and pray

  • fuck in safe day no need to use anything.

  • Dream away I suggest using a female condom.

  • Tie your tubes.

  • Use protection. Birth Pill, plan B, condoms, IUD

  • Even if there was, you'd just be playing with fire, and eventually get burned

If you're going to have non b. c. sex including no condoms, be prepared for a possible baby.

That's why I think you really should just wait until you're ready to be with someone

  • Just get an IUD. Skyla is amazing

    • Oh yeah that is one of the "progestin" IUD's and is considered over 99% effective.

    • Yep, it’s awesome. I love it

    • What do you mean? Does it feel good or what? (Kidding)
