Any person who has not had actual intercourse (penis inside vagina) is still a virgin regardless of how much oral, fingering or masturbating he or she has done. I define losing virginity is when you have sex...oral,anal or vaginal. If it has sex at the end of it, then it really is sex. Vaginal is basically intercouse.
