What are some good things to say during phone sex and how do you start it off?

What are some things I can say that will encourage him to talk dirty? It was his idea to begin with, but he doesn't like to actually say anything.Think creative, not obvious. I have never had phone sex because there was never a need so I don't know how to go about it. I get the basic concept but I get nervous.

Pretend that you're there with him. Narrate exactly what you're doing and be descriptive. Example: "Now I'm going to put your throbbing **** inside my wet p**** and grind him so hard."
