Hand-holding positions and sexual dominance/submission?

This might be a weird question, but my friends are very open to holding hands with each other (even if they're not dating) and they're also very open to talk about sex, so I know if most of my friends are more dominant or more submissive in the bedroom. I noticed that when I hold hands with a guy, their hand naturally goes in front (in a leading position). When I hold hands with a girl, their hand naturally goes in behind, so that I'm in the leading position (which feels kind of awkward since I'm used to having my hand in behind). I figured it was just a learned social behavior of guy in front, girl in back. But then I held hands with a few guys who I knew to be sexually-submissive and girls who I knew to be sexually-dominant, and they did the opposite. So now I sort of have this theory that the way people hold hands might be related to dominance/submission, not necessarily to their sex (male or female). So, what position do you use when you hold hands with someone of the opposite sex? Feel free to comment with what option you chose and whether you are more dominant or more submissive.

I'd not read too much into all of it, I'd hold her hand with mine 'in leading position' because most girls actually prefer it that way and I've just become used to that. I'm very open about talking about sex, wether it's to a partner or a friend or even random people on this site. But I'm one of the most submissive guys you'd ever meet. I'm the kind of person who can't tell another person what they should be doing, I can barely talk to people I'm attracted to. I definitely love more dominant girls as they do the parts I can't. I'd say sexually I'm boredline submissive, I don't just lie there we actually swap and share between who is leading... But I do like being controlled, It's just how things go for me.

I said girl's hand in back, guy's in front. However, I'm not sure if this is more due to sexual sumbissiveness/dominance (although, I do tend to be GENERALLY more on the submissive side...if I had to choose one) or more to do with a difference in height. I remember wondering about this some years back until a friend pointed out to me that when I hold hands with a child, we both placed our hands in the "leading" position. At the time, a difference in height made the most sense to me, but it's a good question and I'm interested in whether you discover anything new!

Whoops, typo! I meant to say that both my friend and I would place our hands in the leading position when holding a child's hand. Not that the child's hand would also try to be in front ;-D

I noiced this too. Ibalso noticed how figers are intertwined. I find that the person with their thumb on the outside is the dominant one. I am very interested in non verbal showsnof dominance , for example preffered sexual positionss. Also kissing. I currently cannot find the position my partner and I prefer. It doesn't have a name i can only explain how we do it, it is a very female dominant position that we discovered.
